How to mainain your weight


The biggest challenge for people who is trying to loose weight is probably how to avoid gaining weight again when the diet is over.

I have personal experience, having lost about 15 kg, and I have not gained any weight at all for 1 1/2 year. I actually had problems to stop loosing weight.

My diet with powder lasted 6 weeks, and 1 had meal (dinner) during this period. The dinner was of course based on "legal food" like chicken, vegetables. After 6 weeks I had lost 7 kilo, which was my goal when I started the diet.

So how did I manage to lose more weight afterwards? This is of course really simple, I just consumed more calories that I ate. My trick, I believe, was to replace most carb food with food with more protein. Protein makes you feel full longer and protein also transform to fat slower than carb food.

I trye to eat max 2 slices of bread daily, eat less white pasta etc. And of course being a chocolate lover like most women I try to eat chocolate with 72% cacao, and I must admit I normally take 2 chocolate bites daily, yummy!

And I try to eat mackerel, tuna or salmon on my bread daily, to get both protein and omega-6. In addition I eat fish for dinner at least twice a week. Eating fresh fruits and vegetables every day is a must. In the evening when the time for carvings arrives, I eat almonds and other nuts.

My favorite cereal is a bowl with oat topped with banana, raisins and some dried apricot with some milk.
